Ingredients
  

  • 2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast 1 packet
  • ¾ cup warm water 110°F / 43°C
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for sauce
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • ¾ cup crushed tomatoes
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • ½ cup cooked Italian sausage crumbled
  • 10 slices pepperoni
  • ¼ cup green bell pepper thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup red onion thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup black olives sliced
  • ¼ cup mushrooms sliced
  • 2 tbsp chopped banana peppers or jalapeños optional

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix yeast with warm water; let sit 5 minutes until foamy. Add flour, salt, and oil; knead until smooth. Let rise 30 minutes.
  • For sauce, heat oil, sauté garlic, then add tomatoes, oregano, sugar, salt, and pepper. Simmer 10 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll dough into a 12-inch circle and place on oiled pan.
  • Spread sauce, add cheese, and layer all toppings evenly.
  • Bake 12–15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbling. Cool slightly, slice, and serve.

Notes

Use store-bought dough or sauce to save time. Add extra veggies or swap meats for a vegetarian version. Leftovers keep in the fridge up to 3 days; reheat in a skillet or oven for best texture.
