Strawberry Margarita Mocktail

This Strawberry Margarita Mocktail is the perfect alcohol-free twist on a summer classic. It’s bright, refreshing, and made with fresh strawberries, lime juice, and a hint of sparkling water for a crisp, bubbly finish. The ideal drink for hot days, parties, or anyone who wants that margarita flavor—without the tequila.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries hulled
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
  • 1 cup sparkling water or soda water
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Lime slices and fresh strawberries for garnish
  • Optional: pinch of sea salt for the glass rim

Instructions

  • Add strawberries, lime juice, and honey to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Strain if desired for a smoother texture.
  • Fill glasses with ice, then pour the mixture over the ice.
  • Top with sparkling water and stir gently to combine.
  • Garnish with lime slices and fresh strawberries.
  • Serve immediately while cold and fizzy.

Notes

Use maple syrup or simple syrup instead of honey for a vegan version. For a frozen mocktail, blend the mixture with ice instead of serving over it. Best served immediately, but the strawberry base can be refrigerated for up to 1 day.
