Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe peaches peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Blend the peaches until smooth, leaving a few chunks if desired.
  • In a bowl, whisk together peach purée, cream, milk, sugar, vanilla, and salt until combined.
  • Chill the mixture in the fridge for 1 hour to cool completely.
  • Pour into an ice cream maker and churn for 25 minutes until thick and creamy.
  • Transfer to a container and freeze 2–4 hours until firm.
  • Scoop and serve cold, optionally topping with fresh peach slices.
