Passion Fruit Juice

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh passion fruit pulp from about 8–10 fruits
  • cups cold water
  • 3 –4 tablespoons sugar
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • Ice cubes optional
  • Mint leaves or lime slices for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • Cut each passion fruit in half and scoop the pulp into a bowl.
  • Add ¼ cup of water and stir to loosen the pulp.
  • Pour through a fine sieve, pressing gently to extract the juice.
  • Add the remaining water, sugar, and lime juice to the strained juice.
  • Stir until the sugar dissolves completely.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity if needed.
  • Chill for 30 minutes or serve immediately over ice.
  • Garnish with mint or lime slices before serving.

Notes

Use frozen unsweetened passion fruit pulp if fresh isn’t available. For a lighter drink, mix with sparkling water. Store in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 3 days and stir before serving.
