Bright, tangy, and naturally sweet—this fresh passion fruit juice is made with just 4 ingredients and no artificial syrups. It’s tropical, refreshing, and ready in minutes.
1cupfresh passion fruit pulpfrom about 8–10 fruits
2½cupscold water
3–4 tablespoons sugar
Juice of ½ lime
Ice cubesoptional
Mint leaves or lime slices for garnishoptional
Instructions
Cut each passion fruit in half and scoop the pulp into a bowl.
Add ¼ cup of water and stir to loosen the pulp.
Pour through a fine sieve, pressing gently to extract the juice.
Add the remaining water, sugar, and lime juice to the strained juice.
Stir until the sugar dissolves completely.
Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity if needed.
Chill for 30 minutes or serve immediately over ice.
Garnish with mint or lime slices before serving.
Notes
Use frozen unsweetened passion fruit pulp if fresh isn’t available. For a lighter drink, mix with sparkling water. Store in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 3 days and stir before serving.
