Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 –2 tablespoons honey
  • Optional: handful of spinach
  • Optional: 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Optional: ½ teaspoon grated fresh ginger

Instructions

  • Add coconut milk and lime juice to the blender first.
  • Then add frozen banana and pineapple chunks.
  • Blend on low, then gradually increase to high until smooth and creamy, about 60–90 seconds.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness with honey or balance with more lime juice.
  • Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

Use frozen fruit for the best texture, no ice needed. Greek yogurt plus milk can replace coconut milk. For extra thickness, add more frozen pineapple or banana. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 24 hours or freeze in smoothie cubes for quick prep later.
